It's untested. Its missing the needle head and has a crack on the rear of the cover. Its also missing one of the legs. The power plug is a euro socket. Shipped with insurance and signature confirmation. 30 day return. Thanks!(Update: I found a plug adapter and powered it up. All the mechanical parts look to be functional.
