The item offered is a vintage Nemco industrial office or factory wire mesh trash/garbarge can or waste basket. This great old basket measures 14 1/2" tall, 13 3/4" across top opening and 10 1/2" bottom diameter. The writing on the bottom of the trash can reads -

Pat. Jan 30, 23 & Apr 28, 25As you can tell from the patent dates this trash can is probably close to 10...0 years old. As with anything this old, there is some age related wear. If you hold this can up to a light, you can see 4 tiny pinholes of light through the bottom. There is also some rust in various places but this trash can will probably last another 100 years with proper care. Please see photos as they are considered a part of the description.All glassware may/may not have minor flea bites, crazing and roughness on rims due to normal wear.
