USA TRAINSATCHISON TOPEKA & SANTA FE(THE SUPER CHIEF TO CALIFORNIA)Sliding Door / Steel-SidedBOX CARThis Boxcar has been used a few times, but is still in "Great Condition!" - We bought this train car "Brand&nbs...p;New" from Al Kramer's place (San-Val) over in Van Nuys, California many years ago - It was run a few times, and then put into storage, where it has been ever since! - And because we have only used this car on a few occasions, we have decided to put it up for sale on eBay - We have way too many G scale trains right now, so it's time to thin out the herd - We would love to have someone else be able to enjoy this great Box Car from USA Trains!This item came with Metal Wheels from the factory / and we installed the brand new Kadee Couplers on this item - so it would match the rest of our rolling stock - Kadee Couplers look great and are extremely prototypical - But the best thing is they are totally compatible with all the other knuckle couplers in the G scale market today; such as Aristo-Craft, LGB, USA Trains, Bachmann, Accucraft, MTH, Piko and Delton - Kadee's will couple perfectly with all of them!This is a fantastic model / and Aristo-Craft did a great job matching the prototype on this! - It comes with Lots of Details / Large-Sliding Doors that open / and a very Detailed Undercarriage - And there are no broken and/or missing pieces that we can see - The only thing that we found on this item / was a lot of dust from sitting on the storage shelf for such a long time!THIS BOX CAR WOULD MAKE A GREAT ADDITION TO ANY LAYOUT! - SO WHY NOT YOURS!
