1954 Nomura Japan ZOOMER Battery Operated ROBOT LOOK
Up for your consideration is this great Nomura Japan ZOOMER Battery Operated Robot. This is the real deal, heavy duty metal and look at the eye light bulbs some of the ones you see on ebay do not have this style of eye light bulb!! Has some light scratches from wear and a couple areas of light surface rust on hands and one leg. Does not detract from the look. When I put a battery in his eyes light up when switch is turned. Howev...er the switch needs to be in the right position and or push the switch in and it will stay lit up. Sadly that is the only action that works, the batter box area is clean. The wire that hooks onto the battery box cap is only twisted on, I suspect if it gets soldered on like it is supposed to that the other actions may work but I do not know this for sure. Measures 7 3/4" tall. I see one tab that hold one side circular plate on side of head is broken off, the black circular "ear" still stays on. Please let me know if you have any questions.
