It works and comes with the accessories shown, the original manual booklet, pedal, power cord, and attachments as shown. Some extra needles are also included. Good amount of extra stuff included. The light works and the pedal works. I had to spin the wheel to start it up, but it operated on it's own after the initial help. It had been sitting for sometime before I picked it up today at an estate sale. The rubber band/belt is in very good condition and the motor is in great shape.
