Low (hira) wan shaped, Buncheon bowl decorated with brush strokes of white engobe over a fully ash glazed body of iron bearing clay. The bowl had a small firing crack, which was repaired with gold lacquer. As the bowl shows little signs of use, I guess the it was set aside afte firing because of his crack and excavated some later time. The bowl is expertly thrown and rather light for its size.
