Vintage Southwestern Native American Indian turquoise Sterling silver bolo tie, stamped STERLING but unsigned. This bolo showcases a slide with gorgeous multi-color stone with a unique matrix, set in a scalloped bezel, and framed by a filed silver border adorned with two raised leaves with a flower in between them. The stone alone measures roughly 2" by 1 3/16", from bezel to bezel. The slide is approximately 2 11/16" tall by 1 5/8" wide, and has a clip stye cord grip in good working c...ondition. The cord shows some signs of wear, but it's in good shape and ready to be worn by those who prefer the vintage look. The tips have a nice dark patina and no dents on the shaft, but the two beads are a bit bent and one of them has an indentation on the very bottom. The black cord is roughly 39" long, including the 2 1/4" tips. The complete tie is just shy of 55 grams. Very nice eye-catching stone and traditional, handcrafted Navajo silver work.
