Antique Vtg 1800s Black Greyhound Dog Iron Weather Vane 36” Wide 41” Tall England Old. Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.From estate of Helen Craddock, renown interior designer. Brought to the SF Bay Area from England. Circa 1800s, the stand is newer. 36” wide, 41” tall with stand. The dog by itself is approximately 14” tall. Steel plate metal hand riveted to reinforcement half-round iron. Can be bolted to a surface, stuck in the ground by removing the outer pipe, or displayed ...on a wall by removing the stand. Not sure if this was originally a weather vane or an advertisement piece. Appears to be a greyhound dog but could be another type of dog. Shipping based on weight and size, and your location. Free local pick up is okay.
