Vintage Pickett N600-ES Log Log Speed rule. This model was the type that was used by NASA during the Space Race. Pickett heavily advertised the fact that they were the official slide rule supplier to the Apollo program, and this model slide rule was apparently carried along on 5 Apollo missions.
The N600-ES features log-log scales rarely found on pocket rules and the case features the adaptation of a small leather flap on the back that when pulled raises the slide rule out of the c...ase.
The slide rule is approximately 1.5" wide and 6" long.
Very good condition. Very Clean. The cursor slides smoothly. The inside slide is very smooth.The leather case is in good condition, but has writing on the inside flap as can be seen in my photos. This particular case has the University of Maine logo on the front.
