Offered here is a LittleTikes pink roof dollhouse, often referred to as "Grandma's House." House is in very good condition--one of the railings has some bending (see photos)--no other condition issues & super clean. Most of the furniture is Little Tikes, with a few pieces of Fisher Price. I bought the Fisher Price family figures for my granddaughter just because I liked them so much better than the Little Tikes family. Please look carefull...y at photos--played with condition--but overall very good. Many items are 25 years old!

Little Tikes does not date their doll house items. But the first dollhouse made by Little Tikes was 1989--Little Tikes products are made in the USA.
The Little Tikes swing, which hangs from the 2nd floor, is a HARD TO FIND item & is found on E-bay sites for $15-20.I have spent time researching each item if sold separately & feel this is a fair price for my items.
