Antique Small (Child's) Wooden Pitchfork, Hand-made, Farm Tool, Hay Fork, RARE This is a very “Rare”find and a great salvage from our hard-working past!19th century hand made small oak or hickory hay fork from New England in excellent condition.Hay fork is made from a single piece of wood and is split and formed into three prongs at the end. The fork spread is held in place by a wood peg and steel peg with washers.It was most likely made for a young child to help on the farm.A...gain, the condition is excellent for its age and has a great patina. Would make an awesome wall hanging or display.Hay fork is approximately 34” long, the handle approximately 3’4” in diameter and the forks have a spread of approximately 6 ¼”.Item is "as found, as shown" condition.  I have super-sized the photos, so please use photos as part of description condition.
