This listing is for a beautifulset of 5 antique Italian pottery plates in the Garofano or BlueCarnation pattern. These are not marked but were made in Italy inthe early 1900's and are completely hand painted. They measure 8-5/8"across (22 cm), so great for salad or sandwiches/lunch. Condition isvery good: no chips, no cracks and norepairs or restoration. There is age crazing of the glaze (hard to see)and... some wear from age and use as well as some of thetypical maufacturing flaws and irregularities that you would expect ona hand made piece of this age.
