Complete. All original including rare hang tag! Wonderful condition.

Keep in mind, you are bidding on a vintage item - expect natural aging....look at the large pictures provided. Also, please be aware that close up pictures might emphasize dust and minor imperfections that you won't see with the naked eye. Most of our items are from 30 to 50 years old and will have some degree of stress cracks, crazing, etc. Expect them. We do not highlight 'typical wear' unless we feel it is out of the norm. Additionally, wires get brittle, rubber dry rots, strings get frail. Talking mechanisms go mute. Battery operated items stop working. All our items are sold for display purposes only. We will always tell you the operability of items in our possession - but we cannot, in any way, offer any guarantees of their continued operability. Boys and girls alike grew up with a love of the heroic tales of the Old West.....Cowboys, cowgirls, and their trusty steeds!!!! I think girls like the horses, and boys like the shoot-em-up westerns! Out of the many companies that produced cowboy toys, the one that stands out above them all is Hartland Plastics. Starting in the early 1950s, Hartland put out an impressive line of horse and riders based on America's favorite TV stars and western heroes. The amazing Hartland detail lets you take one look at the face and know exactly who the figure is supposed to be! All original!!! Buffalo Bill Cody and horse were about 9" tall and came with horse, figure, hat, saddle. Buffalo Bill is one of our favorites - we love the semi-rearing action pose of the horse and Buffalo Bill's bright outfit. Please, if you have any questions, email or call us prior to purchase.

Payment Payment is due within 2 days of auction close or date of purchase - EXCEPTION: if payment is snail mailed, we request it to be mailed within 2 business days. Ebay insists on PayPal, but we have no problem with just about any other method. ( Personal cks are held up to 10-15 days to clear.) California insists we collect 9.25% sales tax for California residents - unless you can provide a valid resale number. Paypal payments - we will ONLY ship to shipping address listed on Paypal payment. Communication We do our best to answer all emails regarding active listings/sold items within one business day. We don't always answer offers to take less (if we wanted to list it for less or with a 'make offer' option, we would have) or on closed/sold listings.
Shipping & Handling We have found that the eBay shipping calculator is often incorrect, so don't count on it as the final word. We only charge exact shipping/insurance costs. Feel free to email if you feel shipping cost showing up is incorrect.

Damaged Items: If an item arrived damaged, contact us immediately. Please be sure to retain ALL packaging including the box and packing materials, and we will file an insurance claim for you.
Returns: No returns. Everything is sold AS-IS. Buyer is responsible for reading description and reviewing large pictures provided. The items we sell are vintage collectables so expect natural aging/wear. However, we will consider return if there was a significant oversight in listing. Please contact us for authorization. Buyers would be responsible for ALL return shipping and insurance costs. Insurance would be required and must cover the eBay final bid price. Changes of heart (ie buyer's remorse) will never be a legitimate return reason. We will not consider for return any 'sealed' item which has been open by buyer - regardless of contents. We also reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee for returns or order cancellations - at our discretion. We do NOT offer partial refunds.
