THAT LIGHTS UP WITH A WORKING LIGHT CORD INCLUDEDThis is marked General Foam Plastics Norfolk VA 23502 078-130139. It is 18 inches tall. There is some paint loss.The light cord uses a C7 night light bulb that I will include but I cannot guarantee the bulb will still work after shipping.
