This is a really nice new vinyl miniature figure, part of the new Andy Warhol mini series (Dunny Series 2) from Kidrobot. The line is made up of neat Dunny designs, based on the art of Andy Warhol. Each figure is roughly 2.5 inches tall.
This particular figure is the Dollar Sign design (in green). It's a common figure at 3/24 rarity. The head can turn from side to side, and the arms can move.
The figure appears to be in good shape. There's a small scuff in the paint on the h...ead (picture #3).
The box and bag had to be opened to identify and examine the mini figure. There's some wear to the open flap, visible in picture #7.
