This is a neat vinyl mini, made by Kidrobot for the new line of updated takes on classic Care Bears designs. This is a figure of Bedtime Bear. It is a 2/24 rarity piece. The minis in this line are roughly 3 inches tall.
The mini appears to be in good shape overall.
As noted, the box and bag had to be opened to identify and examine the figure. There is some wear to the box, from where it was opened. You can see the wear on the flap in picture #6. The... bottom of the box was opened to make it easier for anyone who wants to reseal it.
