12 vintage 1950's/1960's/1970's firefighting fireman fireman's firemen firemen's fire fusible link sprinkler heads in an original 1927 Grinnell metal sprinkler holder box with two wrenches - Grinnell and Globe. The heavy (8 lbs. 6 ozs.) red "Fire" metal box measures 11 1/4" by 8 1/2" by 3". The paper on the inside of the door reads "Grinnell Company, Printed In U. S. A., 9-27". The two heavy solid cast iron wrenches are embossed - one with "Globe, 4, P-119" and one Model A embossed ...with "Grinnell Sprinkler 310-18". The 12 heavy brass and stainless silver metal sprinkler heads are one silver metal "87, LD2, 2, Listed 735A, SSP, UL", two silver metal "89, LD2, 4, Listed 735A, SSP, UL", one brass "Globe, 160D52, G. A. S. Co.", four brass "Rasco, G, SSU DI (Degree), UL Listed 701A, FM", one brass "Grinnell, Patented, B, Duraspeed, SSP, Pendent Spray", two brass "Grinnell, C, Duraspeed, SSP, -1 Pendent Spray" and one brass "Star Sprinkler Corp., E, Sidewall, SW-IR, This Side To Wall, UL, PM". The 12 display beautifully and are in very good to excellent condition. The box has been painted as pictured. Both wrenches show use and storage wear with great patina.
