This doll was purchased in 2012 and never taken out of the box or displayed. The winner pays actual USPS shipping with insurance included. I pack very well but unfortunately I have had a few things I shipped or received lately arrive flattened like a truck ran over them. No amount of packing would have helped. If anything is damaged I will handle the return and insurance claim but the buyer MUST send me photos of the damaged item AND the packaging as it arrived.
International buyers may be offered Ebay Global Shipping and must use it if so. I have tried using alternate shipping and the lack of tracking and insurance makes it untenable. Please note that returns are accepted but the item must be in the same condition as when it arrived, which in this case means not removed from the box, not damaged in any way, or missing anything, and the buyer pays the return shipping.
