This doll was the first-ever heirloom christening doll by the House of Faberge crafted of fine bisque porcelain & is hand painted. Authentically re-created from actual portraits of turn-of-the-century children. The doll is gowned in lush ivory satin & has 9 yards of matching lace on the skirt alone. Her cuffs are adorably trimmed with lacey ruffles, and her porcelain hands are sculptured in lifelike detail. Charming satin bows decorate her christening gown, each one hand-sewn and embel...lished with golden beading. Her beautiful blue eyes, and every feature of her angelic face are delicately painted by hand. Her cubby little porcelain feet are meticulously sculptured and crafted in fine porcelian to capture each detail. She comes with a golden rattle, a matching bonnet, & pillow. Doll is 19" tall. Doll comes with some paperwork as shown. Doll is brand new & was just collected. Doll was always kept in the original box as shown, box may show slight signs of normal storage wear. Doll is in beautiful mint condition!
