The King is just under 4" tall and the pawn is about 2 3/8" tall. The playing surface measures 14x14" and the box when opened is about 18x18". A hidden sliding wooden tray on each end of the board contains the pieces for easy storage. This item shows wear and many of the pieces are missing their felt bottoms but are in other wise good condition. They appear to be made of a resin material. It weighs nearly ten pounds.
