Up for bid is one awesome vintage straight razor by George Wostenholm & Sons. It is an IXL Celebrated Centennial 1776-1876, and its in wonderful shape. It has a nice sized 13/16 blade. The original box that comes with it is also in good condition. It has a larger unique shaped blade. All the markings are great. The scales are in good condition. Since I have owned and seen a lot of Wostenholms but never seen this particular model, I tried to research & find info on it. But ...I could not find anything regarding this Wostenholm Centennial with the fish. So I dont know how rare it is, or about what year it was made. I bought this from an estate sale, & it appeared the person was a long time collector. This was well taken care of & not abused. This is a very nice, well preserved unique piece of sheffield straight razor history. I do always offer combined shipping when selling multiple items.Thank you for taking a look, If you have any questions feel free to ask.
