ANTIQUE GERMAN CHINA Blonde Hair Blue Eyes VINTAGE LOVELY LARGE DOLL HEAD
A very lovely antique, circa 1895, china doll head with blonde hair and blue eyes. She is marked on the back, very faintly, " 10 ". This doll head is quite large measuring approximately 7" high x 5 1/4" across the shoulders x 3 3/8" wide (from the middle of the back at the bottom, to middle of the front at the bottom. It is about 3 1/8" from back to front, at each end (outside measure...ments). Inside measurement on the sides is about 2 3/4" on each side and approximately 3" in the middle (from the back, to the front … inside measurement). This beautiful china head is in very good to excellent condition! There are no chips or cracks to the china and I see no loss to the paint. There are a couple of glaze drips on the front of her chest, near the bottom, and a couple of glaze skips. There is a rough glaze flaw on the end of her nose (not noticeable but can be felt). This is a gorgeous, antique, German China Doll Head that will look wonderful when complete! Being offered with no reserve.
