Very nice, like-new condition from non-smoking home! This series had 3 Radioactive vehicles with 3 different images you see when you look through the back window. This one is an alien or nuclear monster attacking Homer from the passenger seat (see picture).The bottom of the van says Malaysia 1976 but that is just the vehicle body Hot Wheels used as this is from 1990.
