1796 S - 103 R - 4, PCGS VG 10 LIHERTY Draped Bust Large Cent Coin 1c

PCGS authenticated and graded VG 10.  Rather glossy light chocolate brown and steel on the devices with darker olive brown toning in protected areas. The only notable marks are a faint diagonal hairline scratch through the 6 and a small planchet chip on the lower part of the C in CENT, as struck. EDS, Breen state I. The obverse is slightly misaligned to the bottom causing the date to be weaker near the rim, but the LIHERTY feature is bold and the reverse legends are strong.&n...bsp;A nice example of this popular "Redbook" type, the two-tone appearance accents the details and creates excellent eye appeal.
