This vintage Mountain Dew 18 inch round outdoor/indoor thermometer is used in good condition (wear from use). The bottom reads made in USA the original Jumbo Dial by Ohio Thermometer co. The temperature arrow is missing all most all the original red paint. The thermometer has some minor scuffs on the acrylic plastic lens and some white paint splatters in a few spots on the lens.There is also some dirt inside the lens toward the bottom.We did a light cleaning with a rag, ...with a more thorough cleaning the thermometer would come cleaner. Also if you found a match to the red numbers could paint the arrow to be brighter. It appears the thermometer can be disassembled to clean, as the metal band is held with 2 screws at the bottom. Appears to work properly and display accurate temperature.
