NICE AND SHARPLY STRUCK WITH OUTSTANDING DETAIL! VENICE MINT! Beautiful naturally toned and original silver coin with a great strike. Some sharp detai...l. Struck while Napoleon was off getting humbled by the Russians. Mintage of only 90, 000 pieces. Slight ruggedness to the rims are the only explanation for the grade, the portrait and coat of arms retain all of their detail. Deep even tone. Nice problem-free and certified example. Nicer than most for the grade. The marks on the images are on the case, not the coin. Nearly mark-free and has the appearance of an uncirculated coin. KM-C-8.3. Gig-160; Mont-33. See images.
