Issued November 1st 1927. Scarce Shantung LUNGKOW variant. PMG population only appears to be 1 and that's only a grade 15 - although I'm no expert I'd say this is closer to 20-25
If I'm reading the population reports correctly that would make this the best known example of this type.
See scan. Lighter handling. Seen a little circulation, a few light or medium vertical or corner folds, but no tears or pinholes. Lovely example.
