Merchandise sent via Registered Mail International can no longer be sent as First-Class mail but must now be sent as First-Class Package International Service at a minimum charge of $16. Thus the US Postal Service cost to me is at least $30.25 ($14.25 plus $16). Insured service rates are significantly higher. Other shipping classifications are available upon request.
