Here is another watch neat vintage watch that I have never seen before. This is a Swiss made Ardath Reefguard Superautomatic 25 jewel watch. Certainly looks to be of an early 1970's vintage and is running. The SIGNED polished base metal case measures 36.0 mm wide not including the crown and has 3/4 inch lug spacing.... This watch must of been designed to compete with the popular Omega Seamaster as it has the same kind of case back center button design claiming this watch is "super waterpoof, Incabloc, Swiss made, Stainless steel back" and has the number "14251C" on the back. The SIGNED dial is very nice and has silver applied hour markers on a grey dial. The hour and minute hands have luminescent inserts and there is a center sweep second hand. Day and date window at the 3 o'clock position. They both flip at mid-night. The crystal does have a few scratches but is still decent. This Swiss made watch is fully automatic and is running. There is a almost new 18 mm brown leather strap attached. Should be ready to be worn but is sold as-is and as found. While this Ardath Reefguard 25J watch is running I have no service records to offer. I always sell all my watches as-is and as found and as pictured. Please check my feedback and bid with confidence.
