For your consideration is stupendous 19th Century french ...silver tastevin with a 1648 Louis XIV Ecu coin center. This is a fine tastevin and would be a fantastic addition to any collection or gift for the wine lover or coin collector in your life! There are no apparent marking on the body of the tastevin. This piece came from the estate of a retired Army Colonel in San Antonio, Texas. The high-end estate was very clean and non-smoking.
