*Antique 1909 Original "Laughing Buddha" Enrico Caruso Bust~*ROMAN BRONZE WORKS*..The famous Laughing Buddha bronze bust of Enrico Caruso..In 1909 Enrico himself sculpted a plaster cast of this bust and submitted it to Roman Bronze Works located in New York only to have only 8 bronze busts made from it!!..The only 8 original busts have Roman Bronze Works, N.Y. stamped on the backside as mine does..Note:The glare on the busts left side is greater than the right due to the lighting makin...g the left side appear more "rubbed" than the right, this is not the case as the left side has the same equal rich "bronzing" as the right..In 2012 Sotheby's in London sold one exactly like mine at an auction for $4, 401!!..I contacted Sotheby's in London via email and they confirmed with their top experts in this category that mine would also yield the $4, 400 range thus giving mine the same estimate(as seen in 2 of my photos as confirmation)..Shipped with USPS Priority Mail..
