This outfit was made for Cissy, but of course would fit certain other 1950's fashion dolls, like Miss Revlon and Dollikins. Here is a classic day dress made of gorgeous vintage ribbons-and- roses cotton print. Dress, with correct two inch hand sewn blind stitch hem, closes with square snaps. Red velvet attached sash is trimmed with vintage blossoms, including two of the hard to find cabbage roses. Underneath, Cissy wears a can-can slip, copied from the Alexander originals. The amazing ...picture hat, also trimmed with original vintage millinery blooms, is from the 1950's. This auction is for DRESS, SLIP and HAT: DOLL, STOCKINGS, AND SHOES NOT INCLUDED.
