Measures 3-7/16 x 2-1/4 inches. See pictures for condition. Just the way we picked it up at a local farm auction, have not tried to clean or alter it in any way. Buckle was in a box of miscellaneous stuff so we don't have any history on it. Appears that it was never in a collection though. 
We have tried to picture and describe this item to the best of our ability.
