FINE c1860 VICTORIAN TREEN GRANDFATHER CLOCK FORM OAK POCKET WATCH STAND HUTCHAMAZNG ESTATE TREASURE AUCTION INCLUDNG FINE ASIAN ARTS Hello, thank you for having a look at our auctions! Up for auction is a fine c1860 Victorian Treen Grandfather clock from clock or pocket watch hutch stand. This stand is a fine early example that would date from the mid 19th century. The stand came from the estate with a clock that goes nicely with the stand. The stand is finely hand carved with ornate treen features. The hutch is a nice example to display measuring 14 1/4 inches tall, by 4 1/4 inches wide, and 2 5/8 inches deep. The hutch and clock show some wear and minor imperfections consistent with antique age. The hutch and clock are otherwise in substantially good estate-fresh condition as seen. The clock does wind and run. We always assume such clocks would need a good servicing to be in “perfect” time keeping order but as said the clock is presently running.
