RARE CIVIL WAR CONFEDERATE CAVALRY SWORD SABER WITH SCABBARD BRITISH MODEL 1821

offered is a very rare original Civil War Confederate imported British model 1821 sword with scabbard. there are no markings on the sword or the scabbard as is expected from a Confederate imported edged weapon. blade has a square back, measures about 35 inches, an unstopped fuller and a few battle nicks and black patina as is expected. it reminds me of a... blade found on crude Dog River Confederate swords. wood handle is solid with some original/old damage. guard and handle ferrule/ring have some movement and pitting as does the scabbard which is just over 36 inches long. overall length of sword is about 40 and a half inches, and sword in scabbard measures about 41 and a half inches and is quite heavy. this is NOT a Tiffany import for the US army, but a rare British model 1821 sword imported by the Confederacy, well used in battle and in solid presentable condition. i will ship anywhere in the world allowed. international shipping fees will vary. please see pictures for condition and thank you for looking.
