Here we have a superb large vintage calabash gourd Sherlock Holmes style estate pipe with a meerschaum bowl insert, crafted by famous British pipe brand, 'Orlik'.
It has been only lightly smoked and remains in excellent condition - just a few light scratches on the meerschaum.
There is just a shallow layer of carbon in the chamber.
The stem fixes very securely to the shank, and air flows through the pipe freely.
"Orlik" is stamped on the shank.
Please ...note: the pipe stand is not included in this auction.
