#65 with a Woburn, MASS CDS and circular grid cancel on a rare preprinted regimental patriotic cover. The cover is addressed to Capt. W J Gramin, 5th Regiment Massachusetts Volunteers in Newbern, NC.  The cover is reduced on the right side. This is a scarce regimental cover that is Unlisted in the Bishel sale.Please note that I am not a dealer but I do the best I can to accurately describe the item.
