What a find!  These two lamps have 1906 German shells with trench art from the 1922 Turkish conflict (Chanak).  The shells are 15 inches tall and 4 1/4 inches in diameter at their base.  the lamp harps have a patent number from 1942.  Both lamps function properly.  The shipping cost does not include the shades (common item).  You could read about the 1922 Chanak Incident while using light provided by a lamp from that conflict!  One shell has CHAN...AK on it.  The other shell has SED-EL-BAHR on it.  We will refund if you are not satisfied with this item.
