Art Deco HM Sterling Silver Vanity Hand Mirror w Pale Lemon Guilloche EnamellingThis is a lovely hand mirror of sterling silver; it is hallmarked Birmingham 1936. The maker’s stamp is “W.G.S Ltd” for W G Sothers Ltd. It is vert art deco in its styling and appearance.It has a silver frame; the back has an intricate engine turned pattern that has been enamelled with pale lemon yellow enamel to both the “shield” and handle. The face has plain silver set with an ovoid bevel mirr...or.It will great as part of a collection of vanity items or in the art deco themed room.It is in good vintage condition with a slither of enamel missing at the edge in the top right hand corner; just a little minor wear.
