VTG BARBIE PONYTAIL 5 DOLL W/ PEACHY FLEECY 915 & RUST POLKA DOT SHEATH DRESS

You're looking at a VTG BARBIE PONYTAIL #5 DOLL W/ PEACHY FLEECY #915 & RUST POLKA DOT SHEATH DRESS.The doll is in pre-owned condition with signs of wear as stains, scratches, some soiling and light dust. Its face area is in good condition with some scratches and stains. Its ears areas have no stains, and it has one hole per ear with no earrings. Its red paint lips and nostrils areas, seem funny, I don't know if they have been repainted. Its hair has a lemon blonde color and i...t shows some signs of wear as dust, it doesn't seem cut, and it doesn't show any missing plug that I noticed, although it looks thin; it needs to be restyled. Its arms show some stains and scratches. It has a stress mark at its back neck area, see picture . Its body area is in good condition with scratches, scuffs and some stains. Its legs areas also show scratches, stains and light soiling. Its hands and feet nails are in good condition, but I don't know if they've been repainted. It shows some soiling at its joints areas. It has jointed head, arms and legs, they all feel tight, except for its left arm, although it holds a pose. It comes marked at its tush with the words: Barbie (R),  Pats.Pend., © MCMLVIII by Mattel Inc. Its right base foot area has the blurred words Japan. The Peachy Fleecy Outfit #915, is almost complete, the white short gloves are missing. It has the coat, the purse, the brown felt hat which is missing the feather, and the brown shoes. The coat shows signs of wear as stained areas, loose threads, some pulled threads, creases and light dust; its Barbie tag shows some fraying at its rim areas. The left shoe comes marked at its base with the words Japan.The Rust Polka Dot Dress, shows some dust, light soiling, and it has some loose threads, its down hem is unstitched at some areas.I found it at an Estate Sale.
