The bottle and glass stopper weigh 2 pounds, 0.3 ounces.TYPE BOTTLE: Glass, clear, numerous mo...lding "distortions" and bubbles. Appears to have been a two-piece bottle mold.TYPE STOPPER: Glass, clear, very ornate, pie-crust design. Three piece mold.LABEL: This bottle is labeled: LIN. SAPONIS - which I believe is a medical compound liniment. Label under curved glass. CONDITION: There are no discernable chips or cracks. This is extremely nice apothecary bottle from my collection - especially given its excellent condition, age, rarity, and numerous molding "distortionsORIGIN: This bottle came from a multi-generational family pharmacy from South Chicago.
