Original Description:
WWI US Cavalry Officer spurs. Leather covered M-1911 spurs with US marked and 1941 dated spur straps.  Spurs of this pattern were commonly used by officers to protect the finish on Dress boots.  The pattern 1911 spur was used until 1943.   The straps are US marked and 1941 dated.  Matched set.  Leather straps are in excellent condition and are very supple.  I also have several similar sets of unissued US spur straps.
