Here is a Vintage 1970's Boogie Bodies Lynn Ellsworth (Charvel Boogie Bodies Van Halen Frankenstein era) Prototype Guitar Neck Blank. To begin this story, you would need to read one of the great articles on the web about the history of Lynn Ellsworth and Boogie Bodies in the Pacific Northwest. Lynn and Wayne were close friends and started Boogie Bodies around 1976. Lynn supplied bodies and necks to Wayne at Charvel and later around 1980 Ken Warmoth started Warmoth's. Well I recently ac...quired a large collection of parts and pieces left over from an estate sale from when Lynn moved to Spokane years ago. Over the next few weeks I will be listing some of these gems that have been rat-holed away since the late 70's.
Here is another set of 2 Vintage 1970's Boogie Bodies Lynn Ellsworth Charvel right-handed Strat Guitar Neck Blanks. Raw cut maple blanks. 25-5/8" long, .8" thick, 1 lb 1 oz ea. Looks like it will have some beautiful flaming once finished if one were so inclined. This neck is NOT heat stamped. Who knows what those crazy stoners were doing back then.
