THIS AUCTION IS FOR:AVintage 1950's Madame Alexander ELISE Doll 15"I got this doll from the original owner. She said that she has been displayed for all of these years, but never played with. SHE IS ALL ORIGINAL, WEARING HER PINK BRIDESMAID PLEATED TULLE GOWN WITH A DEEP ROSE VELVET SASH, BIG HAT, TAFFETA PANTIES, NYLONS (no holes), HIGH HEEL SHOES (elastic is stretched), PEARL NECKLACE (hook is rusty) AND EARRINGS.I HAVE NOT WASHED THE DRESS.WIG IS IN ORIGINAL SET,... PULLED BACK WITH A SPINNER BAR AT THE TOP AND BOTTOM.CLEAR BLUE SLEEP EYES (they work great), BROWN EYEBROWS AND RED LIPS. FACE HAS YELLOWED FROM THE SUN. (FACE ISN'T AS DARK AS IT LOOKS IN THE PICTURES).SHE IS MULTI-JOINTED AT THE ELBOWS, KNEES AND ANKLES.BODY IS IN VERY GOOD CONDITION. NOT LOOSE. SHE IS MARKED ON THE BACK OF HER NECK "ALEXANDER" AND ON HER BACK "MME/ALEXANDER".
