Tonight I'm happy to offer, from a recently purchased estate, Sherman, Vintage, Mid 1950's - Deep Purple and Lilac Color - Round, Pear and Marquise Shaped Crystals - 2" Floral Capped Domed Seven Leaf and Flower Motif Cluster Brooch and Earring Set. EXTREMELY RARE DESIGN & COLOR COMBINATION! - MINT CONDITION! - NO RESERVE! This handsome and impressive set dates from the mid 1950's, made by the well known Canadian firm of "Sherman" designed as a large sized 2" by 2" domed floral cent...er seven leaf motif floral cluster layered and stacked for a 3-D effect. The set is done in a series of dazzling and intense deep purple and lilac color round, pear and marquise shaped crystals set in a rhodium plated setting. The brooch comes with a pait of 1" leaf cluster earrings that match the leaf details in the brooch.
The set is in mint condition showing only normal use all the original stones, none missing or replaced with no loss to the finish or plating on the back of the brooch or earrings. The brooch is marked on the back, Sherman on a small silver oval and Sherman on the back of the ear screws.

Colorful or clear prong-set rhinestones or cut crystal beads (sometimes with an aurora borealis finish) adorn most Sherman pieces; the metal is rhodium-plated or gold-plated.
