PRR RARE VERSION AristoCraft GE U25B Loco For East Coast Show Proper Color 2507
Item History & Price
U25B Diesel Locomotive. The prototype featured 2500 HP on 4 axles as a Hood Version
Road Freight Locomotive as ordered by many US Railroads back when.
This is the Rarer Special Unit made by Aristocraft for the 2008 East Coast Large Train Show,
and features the PROPER Pennsylvania Railroad COLOR - Brunswick Green, AKA Dark Green
Locomotive Enamel, and a ...NEW Road Number 2507, not seen before.
This is in very good condition, body is perfect, all small parts intact, front and rear hoses, chains,
handrails, all lamps are working, smoke unit there but not tested.
There is run time on the unit as shown in the photos.
The LED end markers don't seem to be working, but markers are NOT lit when coupled to a train anyway.
These "New Power" / Second generation Diesel Locos hit the scene in the early 1960s from
EMD, ALCO and GE and took over most Fast Freight Duties. The units were all over America
back when and I have ridden a few. One is on display out in Northeast PA yet. ( NYC 2500).
I pack carefully and ship quickly, and have earned my high feedback rating over the past 15 years.
When possible, I ship via either USPS Priority or Via FEDEX, both of which include Tracking
and Insurance, and this will be fully insured.
Free local pick up / delivery is always another option. I prefer to hand over when possible.
I also have some now excess Rolling Stock, Cabooses, LGB, ARISTO, USA, MDC, etc.
THX For Looking and Good Luck !
