The Manhattan Life Insurance Company was started in 1850 and was known during the Civil War as "Old Reliable" for paying out... benefits to Confederate widows. It was also the first Life Insurance Company to sell policies to women.
CONDITION:This 154-year-old booklet measures 7.5x4.5 and is 44 pages long. There is some yellowing of age and light toning present throughout; no writings or markings.
