The bookshelf, or etagere, unit, was manufactured by the Wabash Furniture Company sometime between 1930 and 1939. It is made of solid mahogany, with three tapering open shelves on the top half and two drawers on the bottom. There is lattice fretwork enclosing the sides of the shelves. The entire piece stands 48" tall, 23.5" wide, and is 11.5" deep. The two drawers are also 4" deep each, and fit snugly on their tracks. The Wabash plague is attached to the inner left hand side of the upp...er drawer. The back of the unit was expertly repaired sometime in the 1970s, with true mahogany to match the rest of the piece. There are some signs of age and use appropriate wear but overall the etagere is in absolutely fantastic shape. Please consult images, and call or message with any questions.
