Citizen Quartz Gents moon phase watch 6350-G30968 this watch is in working order I have replaced the battery a few weeks ago it stopped twice which I think was due to the winder button it has worked well since but noted in case it faults again , I have not adjusted the moon phase just the day & date indicators , Instructions are on the web somewhere , Also noted the Lizard calf strap is a bit worn but ok to use.
