Description
For your consideration have an Elgin 16 size 21 jewel open face B.W. Raymond railroad grade pocket watch movement for parts or repair. The balance staff is good but it needs a roller jewel. It will need t...o be serviced before use. The dial has some light hairlines. The hands look good. The serial number 26725629, dates this movement to circa 1924. Movement is sold as is. Please see pictures.

Wants to run; it will run for short periods of time. The second hand does advance. Movement will need to be serviced.
Balance staff looks good / Good staff; balance wheel spins free and clear when shaken.
Sold for parts or repair; Balance staff will need to be replaced, or other repair is required to repair.
In most cases, we put our items next to the ruler to give you a sense of size not to give you a measurement. Camera angles, lighting, and many other variables can distort the actual measurements. please see description for actual measurements.
